STIHL HSA 50 Battery Hedge Trimmer (Promo Kit)

A lightweight and quiet cordless hedge trimmer kit for trimming medium-sized hedges

The battery-powered HSA 50 hedge trimmer features a 50 cm / 20 inch bar made from laser-cut, diamond-ground and hardened blades, that are in a patented teardrop shape to perfect the cutting of twigs up to 16 mm thick, and promote a healthy hedge. A rear trigger control allows for precise adjustment of the cutting speed, and a screw-on blade tip protector prevents damage to the blades when working along walls or other similar boundaries.

Comfortable and effortless working

At just 2.9 kg (without battery) and with a well-balanced design, the HSA 50 together with an ergnomically shaped soft-grip handle and loop handle with inner switch – which intentionally allow for left and right-handed use – equate to comfortable operation even for extended periods. When not in use, a hanging loop built into the rear handle means the tool can be hung on the wall for easy storage.

Designed for medium-sized and large gardens, the hedge trimmer can be powered by any batteries from STIHL’s AK System, although they recommend the AK 10 battery for optimum performance. This promotional kit includes 2 x AK 10 batteries and an AL 101 battery charger, which is particularly handy for if one battery is charging the other can be used to carry on working.

Each fully charged AK 10 battery will provide up to 50 minutes working time, which equates to cutting up to 175 m² of hedge; the AL 101 battery charger will restore the AK 10 battery 0-100% in 95 minutes.
