Can I return or exchange an accessory if it doesn’t fit my equipment?
Yes. We allow returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed after inspection, but return shipping/collection costs are deducted and a 25% administration fee applies; faulty or damaged items should be reported separately for repair or replacement arrangements.
