STIHL’s MSA 300 cordless chainsaw is one of the best in the industry with varied operating modes, optimum battery efficiency, anti vibration system, and an intuitive LED display to allow professional users to tackle the toughest of jobs.
Consistently high performance cutting
This MSA 300 battery operated chainsaw is equipped with 3 operating modes and an impressive maximum chainsaw speed of 30 m/s to allow battery efficiency whilst carrying out various operations such as felling, delimbing and cutting to length. In addition, this powerful STIHL chainsaw is equipped with a light 04 guide bar and .325 “RS PRO saw chain for the ultimate cutting performance.
Easy to clean fleece filter
The MSA 300 chainsaw can perform consistently even in extreme conditions thanks to the fine filter material that prevents fine particles of dirt and dust from getting to the electric motor. This filter can be easily cleaned by removing the filter and spraying it with STIHL Varioclean then giving it a rinse with warm water and then allowing to air dry to use again.
Maximise battery life
Thanks to the intuitive three speed settings of 20, 24 or 30 m/s, the user can make the most of the battery life when tackling simpler jobs such as snedding or brashing. In addition, the bright LED display informs the user of the status of the chain brake and when the tool becomes too hot, again allowing the user to maximise the usage of the chain saw.
Comfortable to use
The MSA 300 is kitted with comfortable soft grip handles to also ensure the user has control over the chain saw to operate it safely especially as the soft grips moulds on to the users hand and allows the user maximum control of the chainsaw even in wet conditions. Furthermore, the two handles on the chainsaw; the rear control handle and the ergonomically shaped handle allows full control of the machinery to ensure safety whilst operating the machinery.
Battery and charger sold separately
The STIHL MSA 300 chainsaw requires an AP 500 S battery and and AL 500 charger to operate and are sold separately as some users may already have these form other STIHL battery operated products. STIHL recommends its most powerful AP 500 S battery, other AP batteries are not recommended for this product. The AP 500 S is compatible with STIHL’s fastest AL 500 charger that will recharge the battery 0-100% in just 45 minutes.
