Adjustable Length for Precise Cuts

This pole pruner features an adjustable telescopic shaft, extending from 160 to 405 cm to ensure accurate cutting in taller trees, reaching heights of about 5 meters. Compatible with STIHL’s 3/8″ P and 1/4″ P saw chains, such as the Picco Micro 3 (PM3), it’s ideal for operations in noise-sensitive areas without needing hearing protection.

Efficiency and User-Friendly Design

A compact cutting head, equipped with a durable branch hook, facilitates the removal of clippings, while the sprocket cover includes a levelling bar for exact positioning. All controls are conveniently placed on an ergonomically designed handle, featuring an LED display for operational ease. The machine’s design includes a stand to protect the motor housing and an easy-to-clean air filter for optimal engine cooling and longevity.

Comfort for Extended Tasks

For lengthy tasks, the STIHL HTA 160 can be paired with the optional STIHL RTS backpack system to alleviate strain and maximize freedom of movement. Designed for professional daily use in all conditions, it meets IPX4 standard tests for splash water protection, ensuring reliability and long-lasting performance.

Battery and Charger Not Included

To operate, the STIHL HTA 160 requires a compatible battery and charger, which are sold separately. The AP 300 S battery is recommended for up to 45 minutes of battery life.
