Greater Freedom When Positioning Your RTK Antenna

An RTK reference station requires clear sky visibility to support accurate positioning for compatible AURA-R2 robotic mowers. However, the strongest installation position may be located some distance from an available outdoor power socket.

The EGSP1401 removes this limitation by supplying power independently from the mains electricity network. This allows the antenna to be positioned where it can achieve a clearer view of available satellite signals.

Solar Generation with Integrated Battery Storage

During daylight hours, the solar collector generates renewable energy to support the connected RTK reference station. Available energy is also stored within the integrated rechargeable battery for periods when solar generation becomes unavailable.

Stored energy keeps the station operating overnight and supports continued power during overcast weather. This combination provides reliable operation without requiring a permanent electrical connection at the antenna location.

Support Centimetre-Accurate PATH IQ Navigation

The ARA2000 reference antenna supplies positioning information used within the EGO PATH IQ navigation system. Suitable antenna placement helps provide the satellite visibility needed for centimetre-accurate positioning data across compatible robotic mower installations.
