A new engine design gives a wider usable RPM range, providing peak performance even under heavy loads. Cutting capacity is increased by 12 percent compared to previous models at this cc range, making it perfect for more efficient operation and when using longer guide bars. This model also utilises Husqvarna's renowned AutoTune technology, which correctly tunes the engine and optimises performance based on the conditions you are working in.
Improved chip ejection allows you to avoid clogging while working, even when cutting long fibre wood. This involves a new clutch cover, optimising rapid and safe saw chip ejection.

As you would expect from a Husqvarna chainsaw, the 572 XP is built to last. Thanks to their Air Injection technology, you can expect full working days with consistent performance and less wear on the engine and 98 percent of incoming dust filtered out. A state-of-the-art filtration system means this model has a large surface heavy duty felt filter, not only resulting in a longer life but also a healthier engine that can work long hours without a problem.
The new cooling system has also been optimised in every department, improving reliability and again providing benefits for engine lifespan. An active system is also in place to help protect the engine from over-revving.
Enjoyable & easy to work with
Thanks largely to its superb power-to-weight ratio (better than any Husqvarna saw of this displacement class) and a weight of just 6.6 kg in spite of the 4.3 kW engine, the 572 XP is a joy to handle. Vibrations are dampened significantly to protect your arms and hands while reducing fatigue, and a rubber handle inlay ensures excellent grip with higher levels of comfort.
You can stay on top of refuelling courtesy of the transparent fuel level indicator, as well as the flip-up fuel cap that is simple to open and secure even with thick gloves.
