Great Britain (mainland only)

We use a number of couriers and services depending upon the contents of your order, its size, and its weight; the appropriate method(s) and delivery time estimates will show at checkout. Orders will only be dispatched when all items are in stock.

Standard Delivery
  • Royal Mail Tracked – £4.49 or FREE on orders over £150
  • Standard Parcelforce/Fedex – £7.99 or FREE on orders over £150
  • Standard Pallet – £7.99 or FREE on orders over £150

Ride-on mowers are delivered by our own staff, and are therefore subjected to a free delivery radius of 100 miles only. We may deliver further afield for a charge, please contact us before you order for a quote, otherwise we will contact you once your order has been placed to discuss delivery and take the additional payment.

Express Shipping 
  • Next Working Day Parcelforce/FedEx- £19.99
    Order by mid-day Monday-Friday and your order will be delivered on the next available working day (working days do not include weekends or public holidays)
  • Saturday Parcelforce – £24.99
    Order by mid-day Friday and your order will be delivered on Saturday
  • Express Pallet – £39.99
    We expect your order to be delivered in 1-2 working days (working days do not include weekends or public holidays)
Click & Collect

Collect in store from either our Worcester or Hereford showroom. We will email you to confirm when your order is ready at your chosen location. Note we will require proof of ID and a copy of your order confirmation for collection.

Northern Scotland, Highlands & Offshore

Due to the distance travelled, our couriers sometimes charge more to deliver to postcodes ‘higher-up’. There are size and weight limits as to what we can ship to these areas. Please enter your postcode on the basket page to see the delivery method and charge; if there are none available to you, contact us with your order and delivery address and we can provide a quote for delivery.

  • Standard Parcelforce (Zone 2) – £19.99
  • Standard FedEx (Zone 2) – from £32.99 – the appropriate price for your basket will show at the checkout. The price is calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order, for an insured service.

Everywhere else

Due to increased costs and restrictions, it is with regret we do not ship overseas, including Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.


Delivery Need-to-Knows

  • If your order contains out of stock items, the order will be dispatched in full when all items are available. Should you require any in stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
  • Our couriers may be able to leave your delivery in a safe place; please specify this during checkout and we will pass this onto the courier. However, we cannot ensure your request will be actioned by the courier, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred because of your instructions.
  • We are required to perform a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on all machinery before it is sent out, which means there may be traces of oil or fuel in the machine and very minor signs of use. We sometimes have to re-box machinery before it is sent out as packaging may not be suitable for dispatch. This is all completely normal but please contact us if you have any concerns.
  • Whilst we do our best to ensure your order will be delivered as per your chosen shipping method, unfortunately we cannot be held liable for delays that occur because of incidents beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions.


Track Your Order

Make sure you have your tracking number to hand (available from your dispatch confirmation email) and use the relevant courier tracking link below.

Royal Mail. They will contact you (via email) with an estimated delivery day and window.

Parcelforce. They will contact you (via text and/ email) with a 1-hour estimated delivery window. Note Parcelforce are unable to leave the parcel in a safe place; it must be received by yourself, a neighbour, or delivered to a local Post Office of delivery depot for your collection.

FedEx. They will contact you (via text and/ email) with a 4-hour estimated delivery window.

Allelys via Palletways. You are unable to track your order, however they will contact you to book in the delivery and you will receive status updates along the way.
