The STIHL RMA 248 cordless lawnmower is not only simple to start and is easy to push around the garden thanks to the easy running traction tread wheels; it is also robust due to its steel mowing deck and delivers excellent cutting performance on small to mid-sized gardens.

Easy to adjust cutting heights system

The STIHL RMA 248 cordless lawnmower features a central height cutting system which can be adjusted with one swift move thanks to a spring loaded mechanism which makes it easier to change to the different cutting heights.  The user is able to choose from seven different cutting heights between 25 mm to 75 mm based on the user's desired cutting results and the condition of the grass.

Thanks to a 48 cm mowing deck, the STIHL RMA 248 cordless lawnmower covers a larger surface area of the lawn, quickly and efficiently.  

Large grass collection box for increased productivity

Featuring a large and easy to empty, 55 litre grass collection box; the user can be ensured of more mowing time and less time emptying the grass box.   In addition; the user is alerted when the grass box is full through a fill level indicator which drops down when the box is full and requires emptying.

Powerful AK system & versatile batteries

Using the AK 30 battery; the RMA 248 lawnmower can mow up to 250m² of lawn in one charge.  

Thanks to the AK system and the 36V Li-ion batteries (which are sold separately), the user is ensured of a powerful drive on the RMA 248 lawnmower with a built-in eco-mode which optimises the battery charge by adjusting the blade speed based on the condition of the grass that is being mowed.  Furthermore, the 36V Li-ion batteries prove versatility as they can be used on other compatible STIHL tools.

In addition, the RMA 248 also features a space to store a spare battery to enable the user to carry on mowing if one battery requires charging.

Storage made easier

Thanks to a foldable handlebar and a removable grass box; the compact RMA 248 can be stored away easily.

Batteries & Charger sold separately

The STIHL RMA 248 lawn mower requires an AK 30 36V Li-ion battery and an AL101 charger to operate, these are sold separately as some users may already have these accessories from other STIHL battery operated tools.
