Compatibility with cutting tools

All by hand you are effortlessly able to change the cutting tools without the need for any other tools involved, this machine can be fitted with either the Polycut 6-2, the AutoCut C 6-2, or the DuroCut 5-2 to the FSA 60R. Included with this cordless brush cutter is the AutoCut 6-2 mowing headline, it is automatically extended when the mowing head is tapped on the ground, and its double mowing line head is perfect for all your grass trimming needs. The loading system is quick and simple for an effective line refill. Compatible with line diameters of 2.0 mm and 2.4mm.

This virtually maintenance free power tool is superb due to its STIHL EC brushless motor making it exceedingly energy efficient. The STIHL technology is so advanced that its EC motor during operation of the machine, electronically adjust the engine by monitoring the load.

Regulating mower head and controlled handle

Three different speed levels can control and manage the mowing head, STIHL’s FSA 60 R handle has a locking lever which is self-resetting and prevents unintentional turning on of the power tool. The ERGO lever and shift lever when pressed will allow you to work steadily time and time again to make trimming your garden easy.

One of STIHL’s standard features is the brush cutter having an all-round ergonomic and comfortable loop handle which further ensures the grass cutting process to be an absolute breeze whilst still being precise. The mowing head of this new updated machine has a spacer bracket which protects the plants, shrubbery and other obstacles from being ruined in the process, as well as it is stopping the mowing head from being damaged – This machine is also brilliant for noise sensitive environments. its cutting circle diameter has a working width of 350mm.

The battery and charger are sold separately

The FSA-60 R shell only cordless brush cutter includes the AutoCut C 6-2 mowing head, however with the recommended battery and charger you will have the perfect power tool for all your garden trimming needs. This machine is part of the AK system meaning that any AK battery would fit in it, the favored AK20 battery (sold separately) will also include 25 minutes of working time per full charge.
