Powered by a single cylinder STIGA ST 400 414 cc engine, the Mountfield MTF 98H-SD Petrol Garden Tractor features pedal-operated hydrostatic transmission, a six-litre fuel tank, and 39-inch (98 cm) cutting width. It weighs 165 kg and measures 1,726 mm (length) x 1,200 mm (width) x 1,100 mm (height).

Boasting a maximum power output of 9.5 hp (7.1 kW), this petrol-powered lawn tractor is rear-wheel drive, has a reverse mowing function and side-discharge chute. Offering superb visibility from the operator’s seat, it is very easy to operate and enjoys outstanding manoeuvrability.

Choice of Cutting Heights

The Mountfield MTF 98H-SD’s twin-bladed deck offers a choice of seven different cutting height positions, which you can adjust manually. The heights range between 25 and 80 mm, so you will always achieve the required finish to your lawn.

You can purchase a mulching plug as an optional extra, allowing you to recycle the finely cut clippings back onto the grass as an added source of nutrients.

Anti-Scalp Wheels
