The Mountfield MTF 72H is a rear-wheel-drive, petrol-powered garden tractor, with a 4-stroke 352 cc STIGA ST 350 OHV engine and maximum power output of 8.7 hp (6.5 kW). It benefits from hydrostatic transmission, eliminating the need for manual gear changes, as well as a simple key ignition and generous 4-litre fuel tank, further simplifying the operating process and avoiding the need for unnecessary pitstops.

A high-performance riding mower, the Mountfield MTF 72H offers excellent cutting results on lawns up to 4,000 m². What’s more, with a perceived sound power level of just 85.1 dB(A), it’s quiet when operating too.

Cutting Width and Adjustable Cutting Height

This ride-on mower is designed with a single razor-sharp blade, which is manually engaged and provides outstanding cutting results. It has a cutting width of 28 inches (72 cm), so you can get plenty of lawn mown in small amounts of time.

There are seven different cutting heights, ranging between 30 and 80 mm, which you can select through a lever that is easily accessible from the driver’s seat.

A mulching plug kit is available to buy as an optional extra, giving you the option of recycling the grass cuttings back onto your lawn, as an added source of nutrients.
