The Husqvarna R 420TsX AWD Rider

Fitted with a Kawasaki FS-series V-twin, overhead-valve engine, which includes full-pressure lubrication and spin-on oil filter, the Husqvarna 420 TSX AWD manages to combine exceptional power and torque with low emissions and fuel efficiency. It has a maximum power output of 18.8 hp (14 kW) and top speed of 5.6 mph (4.3 mph in reverse).

Weighing 316 kg (excluding cutting equipment), this petrol-powered rider is designed with hydrostatic transmission and has separate pedals for forwards and reverse. You can easily access its ergonomic controls from the driver’s seat, making the 420TSX AWD an exceptionally user-friendly mower to ride.

Your Choice of Combi Cutting Deck

When you buy the Husqvarna 420 TSX, you can select the combi cutting deck that’s right for you. There are three choices: 103 cm, 112 cm or 122 cm, which all allow for rear ejection and BioClip® mulching.

If you’re mowing higher or rougher grass, use rear ejection. Otherwise, BioClip® mulching is a great option for regularly mowed lawns. In fact, many people regard it as the market leader.

Because these cutting decks ‘float’ above the ground, it reduces the risk of lawn scalping. They are fitted with pivoting wheels too, ensuring the mower always turns smoothly and never damages the grass.

The big benefit of having an out-front deck is that the mower can easily access any hard-to-reach places on your lawn, for example underneath garden furniture and bushes.

Automatic Blade Engagement

Adjustable Cutting Height

You can adjust the cutting height between 25 and 75 mm, using a lever that is conveniently positioned next to the driver’s seat. So, when you’re operating the Husqvarna Rider 420 TSX AWD, there’s no need to stop mowing when you want to make a cutting height adjustment.
