The K 770 is a powerful, all-round disc cutter from Husqvarna. Sold in 2 variants, to either fit a 12 inch or a 14 inch blade, with the blades sold separately

Brand new design offers improved features

An improved digital ignition with optimised timing enables easy starting and efficient combustion. The newly designed cast magnesium crankcase enables higher torsional rigidity than that previous design. A smooth blade stop reduces the time taken for the blade to stop once the machine is turned off, which enables you to start quickly on the next job.

With Husqvarna's unique OilGuard technology

Their OilGuard technology will help  to prevent damage caused by the wrong oil-fuel mix or oil type; an optical detection system notices when something is wrong and reduces the revs per minute, limiting damage and potentially saving you maintenance costs. This function can be deactivated by pulling out the button situated on the rear handle, so you can use standard two-stroke oil, if you would prefer.

Virtually maintenance free

The K 770 is virtually maintenance free, and any maintenance required is as easy as can be. The DuraStarter starter and efficient air filter system is practically maintenance free and ensures long service intervals. The semi-automatic SmartTension minimises the risk of under and over tensioning. The Poly-V belt features a fully sealed transmission which keeps out dust, reducing wear and increasing service intervals.

Optimised performance

The SmartCarb™ and the X-Torq engine maintains high power and lowers fuel consumption. The anti-vibration system reduces vibrations in the cutter handle for more comfortable operation, especially over longer periods. Changing the blade guard position is effortless thanks to its step-less adjustment. The cutting arm is reversible to allow for cutting close to walls or the ground. The wet cutting kit offers excellent dust control as exact adjustment of the water volume efficiently binds the dust.
