For an effortlessly fantastic finish

Clever design means the 450X uses an intelligent free movement pattern to achieve a carpet-like finish. The razor-sharp blades cut the grass from all directions resulting in healthy, strong grass, preventing moss growth and leaving a beautiful finish. Longer grass, such as beneath lawn furniture, can be cut with the spot cutting mode, where the Automower quickly mows a small area, allowing you to replace the furniture when done.

These machines run in all weather and all hours (you can change this if desired), working with low noise, no emissions and low energy consumption, being cheaper to run than a conventional mower. They can even handle inclines up to 45 percent.

A truly independent machine

Thanks to the inclusion of GPS navigation, the 450X is able to store a map of your garden, its boundaries and guard wires, to register what areas have been mowed and optimise future coverage of the lawn. It can work out how to navigate narrow passages, and even uses various routes to avoid marking the turf. When the battery gets low, the 450X can find its way back to the charging station automatically, and adjusts its working time based on the growth rate of your grass.

Control your mower using your phone

A big advantage of this particular Automower is its compatibility with Husqvarna’s Automower Connect app. This allows you to send start, stop and park commands to your mower from your smartphone or tablet, as well as receiving tracking info, alarm notifications and being able to change settings. This means you can manage your mowing from anywhere and is particularly useful in case of theft.

An anti-theft alarm and PIN code also provide extra security, while a lift and tilt sensor ensures the 450X will shut off if it leaves the ground or tips over.

You will also need a Husqvarna installation kit.

The Husqvarna automower installation kit contains everything you need to get your automower up and mowing. Simply designate your desired mowing area by lining the perimeter with wire, and sit back as your automower handles your lawn.

Small: Contains 150m of loop wire and 300 pegs. Perfect for open lawns up to 800m^2., or complex lawns up to 400²

Medium: Contains 250m of loop wire and 400 pegs. Perfect for open lawns up to 2000m^2., or complex lawns up to 1000².

Large: Contains 400m of loop wire and 600 pegs. Perfect for open lawns up to 5000m^2., or complex lawns up to 2500²

All kits include loop wire, pegs, splicers and connectors.
