The ECHO CS-2511WES-C is a rear handle chainsaw from their best-in-class Series X range; it is fitted with a 10 inch carving bar and is packed with useful features to aid precision and manoeverability. This chainsaw is suitable for wood carving only by homeowners and commercial users.

Designed for exceptional manoeverability

The ultra light weight of the CS-2511WES-C (dry weight 2.6 kg) combined with its compact design facilitates highly manoeuvrable operation particularly in tight spaces. Additional features include a handy palm rest to encourage precision and a 0.043 carving bar and chain that is lighter than the usual 0.050 gauge.

Fitted with a performing, long-lasting engine

A premium grade, Japanese quality ECHO 25 cc petrol engine gives increased performance, extended product life, and less downtime. It is stage 2 compliant for low emissions creating a healthier working environment. Meshed louvers in the body prevent debris getting into the engine compartment to ensure long-lasting performance, as does the G-Force engine pre-cleaner.

Additional features make it easy to use

ES Easy Start technology encourages faster, hassle-free starting, assisted by an anti-icing system for cold weather starting. Oiler adjustment is done on the top and side access to the chain tensioner allows for easy adjustment. Tool-less access to the air filter and wide oil/fuel tanks make for easy maintenance. Dropout prevention nuts that are held on with wire spring cannot be lost during maintenance. 

Important features for safe operation

A rotating chain catcher protects the user from potential injury as well as the chain from possible damage. An inertia-type chain brake stops the chain in the event of a kickback for operator safety.
