We use a variety of delivery companies, such as FedEx, Tooles Transport and DPD. For smaller, stocked items under 30 kg and less than 1 metre in length, you can usually choose to have these shipped with Standard Delivery (with TNT or FedEx depending on the product), or Premium DPD Delivery, which provides the benefit of a 1 hour delivery slot and customisable delivery date and locations. You will receive an email and text message with the delivery information upon dispatch. For more information, view the DPD website.
If you are ordering multiple items or larger products, we will use a different carrier. If it is essential that your order is sent with DPD, please contact us before placing your order.
Our delivery carriers are usually willing to leave items in a safe place if you are out. Please use the comments box when ordering to specify a location, but note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of them being left unattended, based on your instructions.
Certain items are available for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday. This applies to smaller items and is subject to a surcharge. The Saturday/Sunday delivery options do not necessarily mean the next possible Saturday/Sunday, but depending on stock levels and availability, it may, for example, simply be the next available Saturday/Sunday we can get the product to you. Please contact us for more information if you are unsure or need your item urgently. We are always able to quote for Saturday/Sunday delivery on any item, but this must be done by contacting us directly.
We are able to ship most of our products internationally. Please contact us with your full delivery address and the product(s) you'd like to order for quotes on this service. We regret that we cannot deliver to the republic of Ireland at this time due to the increased restrictions of our courier.
You can choose to collect your order from either our Worcester or Hereford showrooms. We ask that you call us after placing your order to confirm a convenient time for collection, as we have a number of different depots and we may need time to transfer any item(s) to your collection point.
IMOW Delivery and Installation
IMOW must be installed by our trained technicians, and standard installation is charged at £200-£350 depending on the robotic mower purchased. Standard installation includes just enough wire, fixing pins, and wire clips to install IMOW in a standard garden. Thicker, heavy-duty cables if desired, or more complex gardens for example those with lots of obstacles or bridges may incur additional charges, however we will discuss any potential additional charges with you before any work is started.
We have a delivery and installation radius of 50 miles from our Worcester showroom. We may travel further-afield for an additional charge, please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.
