Express Delivery - £15/£20 (orders will be dispatched the following working day, for delivery the next working day after that)

Collect in store from either our Worcester or Hereford showroom. Please wait for us to contact you to let you know that your order is ready at your chosen pickup location. Note we will require proof of ID and a copy of your order confirmation (electronic or physical) for collection.
Ride-on Mower Delivery - FREE up to 100 miles of WR5 1HF
Ride-on mowers are delivered by our own staff, and are therefore subjected to a free delivery radius of 100 miles only (click here for a rough guide). We may deliver further afield for a charge, please contact us before you order for a quote, otherwise we will call you once your order has been placed to discuss delivery and take the additional payment.
We are sometimes charged a surcharge to delivery to address in Scotland, with prices varying considerably. To make sure you pay only the right amount - if any at all - we have split our Scottish delivery methods into postcode zones. Enter the delivery postcode on the basket page to see the relevant delivery method and any incurred costs before checking out. Ron Smith & Co covers the standard delivery fee, but the surcharges are charged to the customer.
Isle of Wight
Delivery is free for consignments up to 50 kg, or charged at £40 otherwise (weight may be calculated volumetrically).
International Delivery (including the Channel Islands & Northern Ireland)
We no longer ship to these areas due to the ever-increasing, erratic costs.
The courier we use depends on the size and weight (sometimes volumetric weight) of your entire order; we tend to use DPD for smaller orders, Marshalls Transport for palletised consignments, and TNT for everything in-between. However, once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number for the chosen courier.
With DPD you will receive a 1 hour delivery window and a range of inflight options. You can track your order here.
With TNT you will be provided with a delivery day. You can track your order here.
With Marshalls Transport you will receive a 2 hour delivery window. You can call them on 01386 556 808 for additional tracking information, if required.
Our couriers are often able to leave your delivery in a safe place; please specify this during checkout and we will pass this onto the courier. However, we cannot ensure your request will be actioned by the courier, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred because of your instructions.
Once your order has been dispatched, we expected delivery to be made the following working day (or within 2-3 working days for pallet deliveries and some Scottish postcodes). We cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions and courier mistakes.
We are required to perform a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on all machinery before it is sent out, which means there may be traces of oil or fuel in the machine and very minor signs of use. We sometimes have to re-box machinery before it is sent out as packaging may not be suitable for dispatch. This is all completely normal but please contact us if you have any concerns.Out of Stock Items
