A mower that takes the strain so you don't have to, Cub Cadet's XM1 ER53 is a single speed, self-propelled mower, with a 21 inch cutter deck and supplied complete with a 75 litre grass catcher.

Durability ensures this model is built-to-last

The mower housing is made from single, die-cast aluminium, with no screws to catch on debris or come loose. Bumpers on the front and side and ultra-robust wheels also help make the XM1 ER53 a supremely durable machine. A powerful Cub Cadet engine provides maximum service life, and high power even when mowing tall grass.

To help keep your machine in top condition, a deck wash facility is also provided.

Leave no clippings behind with fantastic collecting capacity

Thanks to Cub Cadet's new Turbo Tunnel system, this mower features special geometry in the mower housing, whereby the clippings are transported directly through the tunnel and into the catcher. This means no clippings get stuck or are left behind on the lawn's surface. 

Included with this model is a 75 litre grass catcher, so you won't be stopping as often to empty it. A fill indicator allows you to check the level, and a dust cover provides a better working atmosphere. A choice of six cutting heights are available, adjustable centrally.

Mow in comfort & without fatigue

Due to the single-speed, self-propelled drive, you won't have to push the XM1 ER53 around your garden. To ensure that vibrations are kept to a minimum, VIBEX cushioning gel is used in the handle, which also enjoys an ergonomic design, and shock absorbers and an anti-vibration ring are present in the axle and between the engine and cutter deck respectively.

For the smoothest possible drive, double ball bearings are fitted to the wheels.
