New scarifying cartridge for the Allett Stirling 43 mower

Allett’s most popular cartridge was curated to clear away surface debris, dead moss, and remove thatch. This cartridge also helps to lift lateral growth upright before mowing.

This custom design helps maintain your lawn effortlessly, with its rotating tines, this machine is made to puncture the soils surface to pull out the dead grass and moss. With this action it allows air and water to get into the soil giving your lawn all the nutrients it needs keeping your grass disease and thatch free.

Brilliant for beginners

Being unlikely to cause damage even if set too deeply makes this a great choice for beginners as the use of the spring tine is quite mellow, it also allows for safe cultivation where tree roots may be close to the surface. This cartridge is good to use most of the year without fear of damage due the rotating spring tines being relatively gentle on your lawn meaning you can keep on top of the thatch as well as being handy to collect leaves, pine needles and pinecones in the autumn.

To keep on top your thatch

We advise scarifying once a month during the mowing season to keep on top of the debris and build up. Cultivation depth up to- 10mm.
