Ron Smith & Co. is a family run business, with fifty years experience in selling and servicing garden machinery. The company has grown to become one of the largest garden machinery retailers in the UK, with over thirty employees and branches in both Worcester and Hereford.

We provide an extensive range of new and secondhand machinery, at highly competitive prices and all with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Our showrooms contain over 2500 different machines, lawn mowers and gardening tools, from compact tractors, chainsaws and shredders, to brushcutters, water pumps and generators.
In addition, we undertake servicing and repairs, as well as stocking spare parts on all types of domestic and professional machinery, together with an emergency call-out breakdown service, a daily collection and delivery service.

"We purchased a Mountfield 80v Lithium-ion S46 PD Li Lawnmower from Ron Smiths in Hereford three years ago costing around £600. The help and advice from the staff was excellent and we have been pleased with the mower. However, recently we started to have problems with the lithium battery, which of course is out of guarantee. I took it in to Ron Smiths to find to my disbelief and horror that a new battery costs £319!! Mountfields really do need to sort this out when a new battery cost half of a completely new machine with a battery. So why am I writing this review? Simply to praise and recommend Ron Smith's staff who got on the phone to Mountfields and instantly sorted out the problem. They were fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. One very happy retired female customer who is off to bake them a cake! It is so reassuring to find people that are prepared to 'go the extra mile', give outstanding customer care and still gave good old fashioned service.
