STIHL RLA 240 Cordless Scarifier Promo Kit

A new cordless scarifier

STIHL's RLA 240 is a battery-powered scarifier from their AK System of cordless tools. It has a cutting width of 34 cm will cover an area of approximately 250m² with one AK 30 battery charge. The cutting height depth can be easily adjusted between 7.5mm and 9.5mm with a central adjuster, and clippings are collected in the 50 Litres grass catcher box.

Choose your attachment for scarifying or dethatching

The purpose of scarifying is to remove built-up moss and thatch from your lawn to keep it healthy and luscious. This machine comes with both verticutter scarifying tines which are easy to mount, and a dethatching aerator roller attachment as standard.

Built with the user in mind

Quiet to operate and with low vibrations due to its battery power, this cordless scarifier is easy to use. At just 15 kg it is easy to manoeuver which is too facilitated by grooved wheels, and adjustable handlebars allow for comfortable use, which also fold down for compact storage and transport.

For a limited time only, the promotional kit includes a second battery for half price, and is full comprised of the shell, 2 AK 30 batteries, and an AL 101 charger. 

The AK 30 battery will cover an area of approximately 250m² on one charge. The recommended charger is the AL 101 standard charger, which will restore the AK 30 battery to full power in 205 minutes, and has a useful LED indicator, a velcro strap for containing the electrical cable, and it can be wall mounted if desired.
