HUSQVARNA FUNCTIONAL Chainsaw Protective Safety Kit

Three Forestry PPE Essentials in One Convenient Pack: Husqvarna Functional Chainsaw Protective Safety Kit

Get properly prepared for chainsaw work with the Husqvarna Functional Chainsaw Protective Safety Kit. This convenient package combines three key pieces of protective gear, helping you stay suitably equipped for a range of cutting tasks.

The kit contains a forestry helmet, protective chainsaw gloves, and Class 1 chainsaw chaps. All three products belong to Husqvarna’s Functional range, which focuses on practical protection, comfort and ease of use.

Ideal for cutting firewood, tree maintenance and general forestry work, this chainsaw PPE kit offers a simple way to purchase essential safety equipment.

Adjustable Forestry Helmet with Integrated Ear Defenders

Head, face and hearing protection are essential considerations when using a chainsaw. The Husqvarna Functional Forest Helmet combines all three in one practical design.

A six-point harness helps spread the helmet’s weight evenly across your head, supporting a comfortable fit during extended use. A built-in ratchet allows you to adjust the size with one hand, making it easy to fine-tune the fit.

The helmet comes with an adjustable metal mesh visor. This helps shield your face from flying debris while allowing you to maintain a clear view of your work. You can alter the visor’s position to suit your needs.

Ergonomically designed ear defenders provide the hearing protection, with a Single Number Rating (SNR) of 26 dB(A). This helps reduce exposure to high noise levels when operating petrol chainsaws and other loud equipment.

Comfortable Chainsaw Gloves with Left-Hand Protection

The kit also includes Husqvarna Functional Chainsaw Gloves, designed to combine practical safety features with everyday comfort.

Chainsaw protection is incorporated into the left glove, while durable goat leather palms provide a hard-wearing gripping surface. This makes the gloves suitable for handling chainsaws, timber and other forestry equipment.

Their touchscreen-friendly index finger adds convenience when using phones or other devices. You can operate the screen without having to remove your gloves.

Soft knitted cuffs complete the design, providing a comfortable fit around the wrists and helping keep the gloves in place.

The protective gloves supplied with this Husqvarna chainsaw protective kit are size 10.

Protective Chaps That Fit Over Everyday Trousers

For lower body protection, the kit includes a pair of Husqvarna Functional Chainsaw Chaps in size medium.

These Class 1 chainsaw chaps are tested against chain speeds of 20 m/s, providing a specified level of protection for chainsaw work.

Designed to be worn over regular trousers, they offer a practical alternative to dedicated chainsaw trousers. This makes them useful when you need to put on protective clothing before starting a cutting task.

Adjustable straps and secure buckles help you achieve a comfortable fit. They also make the chaps straightforward to fasten and remove.

Cordura® reinforcements strengthen areas exposed to wear, helping the chaps withstand the demands of regular outdoor use. Their high-visibility orange sections also make the wearer easier to see, particularly in dull or shaded conditions.

A Matching Set from Husqvarna’s Functional Range

Alongside their practical features, the three PPE items share a distinctive appearance.

Husqvarna’s trademark orange, grey, black and white colours give the kit a coordinated finish. Each product also features the company’s branding, creating a smart look for both domestic and professional users.

As one of the world’s leading chainsaw manufacturers, Husqvarna has extensive experience in forestry equipment. Its protective clothing range reflects this heritage, offering PPE for a wide variety of outdoor tasks.

This Functional Chainsaw Protective Safety Kit brings together three essential products from that range, making it easier to equip yourself for chainsaw work.
