There are 4 operating modes to choose from: progressive mode uses a full open blade and a fast cut, all-or-nothing mode uses a half-open blade and a fast cut, comfort mode uses a half-open blade and has a steady cut; performance mode uses a half-open blade and has a fast and steady cut. The choice of modes allows the user to select their preferred cutting style, and a patented optical trigger aids precise application.

The supplied ULB250 battery gives up to 12 hours working time on a single charge which is ideal for all day use without downtime. It also has a dual connector for allowing 2 tools to be connected at the same time for ultimate efficiency. The harness has a chest strap, an adjustable belt, and a gap in the back for cooling to make it comfortable to wear all day. It's completed with a holster for safely storing the pruner during downtime, and an integrated handle for easy carrying.
