A powerful petrol garden tractor with a STIGA engine built to deliver results!
Powered by a STIGA ST 350 engine with a rotational speed of 2800 rpm, manual choke and a capacious 6 litre fuel tank to enhance productivity and minimise down time, is perfect for tackling sizeable lawns quickly and with ease and comfort.
A varied cutting system
Thanks to a varied cutting heights system that can be adjusted between seven different heights ranging from 25 mm to 80 mm; the user is able to get the perfect cut each time by modifying the cutting system to the job at hand. Furthermore, thanks to a twin-blade deck with a 98 cm cutting width combined with electric blade engagement for efficiency; the MTF 98M-SD covers more ground in a lesser amount of time.
The MTF 98M-SD features 2 x anti-scalp wheels to prevent any unnecessary damage to the lawn whilst mowing especially if the terrain is uneven.
Excellent traction
The MTF 98M-SD garden tractor has great traction thanks to having a rear-wheel drive which gives a better weight distribution. Furthermore, thanks to a manual transmission with 5 forward levers and 1 reverse lever; the MTF 98M-SD garden tractor offers excellent manoeuvring. Combine this with a compact and sleek design without the hefty collection box at the rear of the tractor; the user has full visibility and has great access even in narrow spaces whilst using the ride-on mower.
Comfortable features
Featuring a comfortable design; the MTF 98M-SD boasts a soft ergonomic steering wheel with excellent grip and comfort, especially beneficial when using the mower for longer duration. Furthermore, the MTF 98M-SD garden tractor also offers the user a Mountfield classic seat that is modifiable to suit the user's preference, and also features a safety contact breaker for enhanced safety measures whilst using the rider.
