STIHL‘s cordless chainsaw for undertaking domestic and professional wood care jobs
STIHL’s most powerful cordless chainsaw to date is the MSA 220 C-B battery-operated chainsaw suitable for a multitude of wood care tasks including small timber felling, snedding, timber processing and even firewood sawing, as well as landscaping and other essential garden maintenance. Excellent for private and professional users including farmers and councils this chainsaw is perfect for anyone with large gardening tasks.
Exceptional handling and comfort
Offering outstanding handling and comfort due to an ergonomic design the full chisel 3/8 inch PS3 saw chain and 35cm bar with metal bumper spikes deliver incredible cutting performance. With STIHL’s Quick Chain Tensioning the tension chain can be changed tool-free as can the fuel cap. It can be used in wet conditions to maximum cutting time and minimise downtime.
Using STIHL‘s AP System
STIHL’s AP System performs quietly and emits zero emissions which is particularly favourable in noise-sensitive areas and ear protection isn’t needed when operating the chainsaw. The AP 300 S 227 Wh Lithium-ion battery is able to run for 48 minutes on a single charge and has a charge-level indicator lit by LEDs. The unit will charge the AP 300 S battery to 80% in 25 minutes and to full charge in 35 minutes. It’s suitable for use with all other AP System STIHL products.

The shell only does not include any battery or charger, these must be purchased separately. The recommended battery is the AP 300 S.
