With loop handle control and a light, well-balanced design, the FS 50 C-E is great for small areas of grass around the garden and allotment. A multi-function control handle enables easy, comfortable, thumb-operated control, with your hand never having to leave the handle.
Reduced-emission engine design
As a 2-stroke engine with stratified charge, the engine in the FS 50 C-E is able to reduce the amount of fuel lost during the charge cycle, resulting in up to 20 percent lower fuel consumption than regular 2-stroke engines. You can also expect more power and a lower weight as a result, with significantly reduced exhaust emissions.
Simple starting technology
STIHL’s ErgoStart technology cuts the effort required to start the machine in half, with the starter cord also able to be pulled at just a third of the normal force. Force peaks are smoothed, so you can expect jerk free starting, while the starting process overall has been greatly simplified.
