With a particularly long shaft, the 555RXT gives extended reach and as a result facilitates easier grass clearing. The high offset post enables a greater freedom of movement while working on slopes, and the grass bevel gear has been designed to provide high torque and keep the cutting equipment parallel to the ground for maximum cutting performance. You have the choice of two cutting methods with this machine, with a Tap 'n' Go twin line head that gives quick renewal of the line as it wears, and a three-tooth grass knife for tougher work.

Comfortable operation for hassle-free work

Husqvarna have designed this tool to be as comfortable as possible to work with, and it includes their Balance XT ergonomic harness to help in that area. This harness offers broad back support, shoulder straps and a hip belt to distribute the load over a larger area, with an adjustable back plate for the perfect fit. The handlebar is adjustable, while featuring soft-grip sections for maximum comfort.

This is also an easy machine to start, with Smart Start technology reducing resistance in the starter cord by up to 40 percent, plus a fuel pump and auto-return stop switch. It further benefits from anti-vibration dampeners for strain-free operation.
