With an incredible extended length of 3.3m, the HLA 85 is perfect for professionals looking to trim particularly tall or deep hedges. Supplied as a shell only, a battery and charger need to be purchased separately.
Adjustable & versatile cutting performance
Thanks to the telescopic shaft, which can be extended from 260cm to 330cm, you can take on a wide range of hedges in safety and without difficulty. Simple shaft length adjustments can be made using the quick release mechanism, while the double-sided blade makes vertical and horizontal trimming easy. The blade itself can be adjusted to 115 degrees to suit the application.
Efficient cordless performance
Using STIHL's brushless electric motor, this machine is extremely energy efficient and practically maintenance free. The battery power is able to be converted directly into impressive performance due to its high efficiency, while the electronically controlled motor permanently monitors load before adjusting the engine accordingly.
