COVID-19 Customer Notice
In light of the government announcement on Monday 5th April, 2021, from Monday 12th April, 2021 we are delighted to welcome you back into our showrooms. Our shops at Hereford and Worcester will be operating in accordance with the latest government guidelines. Our opening hours will be:
8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
8:30m - 1:00pm Saturday
In line with government advice and in order to keep both our customers and staff safe, we will be following the social distancing guidelines and therefore we will only be able to have limited customers in the showroom at any one time. We ask that all customers wear a face mask on entering the showrooms and make use of the readily available hand sanitizer at your disposal inside.
We are accepting service and repair work. Please call us beforehand so we can issue a job card before you bring the machine in. Once here please put larger machines in the designated ‘machinery drop off station’ and then come into the showroom to check the machine in, which we will then label and organize the work.
Please note that customers bringing large/heavy machinery to the showroom should ask for showroom staff assistance as we will not be able to lift the machines with the customer but will organize two staff members to do this. We will endeavour to do this as soon as possible but ask for your patience if there are not two members of staff available immediately.
At Worcester the Parts department will be located at the side of the building up the rear slope, for easier customer access.
We are also offering our normal collection and delivery service for repair, service and new machinery deliveries, once again complying with social distancing regulations.
