With its X-Torq 40.9 cc engine, the Husqvarna 440 has the power you need to get the job done, while maintaining excellent efficiency and a weight of just 4.3 kg (excluding the cutting equipment). The X-Torq technology gives improved torque as well as lowering fuel consumption and reducing exhaust emissions to meet the most stringent environmental regulations.

Simple maintenance from this quality machine

The 440 is a chainsaw designed not to let you down, with its forged three-piece crankshaft providing maximum durability and ensuring it is suitable even for tough jobs. To help make your saw run as well as possible, a centrifugal air cleaning system reduces wear and maximises operating times between cleaning the filter. The air filter is simple to release, and the machine is easily refuelled, with a flip-up tank cap.

A comfortable & easy machine to work with

Using Husqvarna’s LowVib anti-vibration dampeners, the 440 chainsaw protects your arms and hands from vibrations to allow you to work for longer without fatigue. To facilitate simple starting, their SmartStart technology and fuel pump mean you can get the machine started more quickly and with less effort (resistance in the starter cord is reduced by up to 40 percent).

The choke and stop controls are sensibly combined, again keeping things simple, and felling marks are provided to add to your cutting accuracy.
